Palestinian Driver Runs Over Soldiers, Lightly Wounds Two Troops

A Palestinian man run over two soldiers, lightly wounding them, at the Beit Anoun Junction near Hebron. The driver was shot and killed.
According to initial reports, the Palestinian man accelerated with his car in the direction of soldiers standing at the junction.
Magen David Adom paramedics treated the two soldiers, who sustained injuries to their limbs, and evacuated them to a Jerusalem hospital.
On Friday, two Border Police officers were killed and another was wounded in a shooting attack at the entrance to the Temple Mount in Jerusalem's Old City.
Last Monday, a Palestinian man was shot and killed after he attempted to run over and stab a group of soldiers near the West Bank settlement of Tekoa. A soldier was moderately wounded in the attack.
