Israeli Forces Reportedly Wound Three Palestinians in West Bank

Military says shots were fired during clashes that ensued following a rock attack on soldiers ■ Two of the victims were seriously hurt, Palestinian report says

Israeli soldiers shot and wounded three Palestinians in the northern West Bank, Palestinian reports said. The army said in a statement that clashes between soldiers and Palestinians took place in the area.

In a statement, the Israel Defense Forces said that, responding to rock throwing at a military base north of Ramallah, soldiers chased the perpetrators into the village of Malak, where clashes ensued.

The military said that soldiers used crowd dispersal means and shot at the legs of two Palestinians.

A Palestinian report said two of the victims were seriously hurt.
