Israel Strikes Palestinian Launching Incendiary Balloons From Gaza Into Israel

The Israeli military said on Wednesday that it struck a Palestinian who launched incendiary balloons from the southern Gaza Strip into Israel.

The Gaza Health Ministry reported Monday that the Israeli military shot dead a 27-year-old Palestinian in the northern Gaza Strip. The deceased was identified as Mohamed Abed la-Hai, a resident of the al-Shati refugee camp in Gaza City.

On Sunday, three 13-year-old Palestinians boys were killed by the Israeli military, Gaza's Health Ministry said. According to the IDF, it struck three Palestinians who were attempting to place an explosive device near the border fence in the southern Gaza Strip.

The PLO identified the three as Khaled Bassam Mahmoud Abu Saeed, Abdul Hameed Mohammed Abdul Aziz Abu Zaher and Mohammed Ibrahim Abdullah al-Sutari.

On Friday and Saturday, Israel struck close to 100 Hamas and Islamic Jihad targets in Gaza as 39 rockets from Gaza were launched at Israel. The Iron Dome missile defense system intercepted 15. No casualties were reported.
