U.S. President Donald Trump arrived in Israel Monday on the first-ever direct flight from Saudi Arabia. After visiting the Church of the Holy Sepulchre in Jerusalem's Old City, Trump became the first sitting U.S. president to visit the Western Wall. Later, Trump held a closed-door meeting with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and delivered remarks in a joint press conference.

Trump started his second day by meeting Mahmoud Abbas in the West Bank city of Bethlehem on Tuesday. He then visited the Yad Vashem Holocaust memorial and delivered an address at the Israel Museum, both in Jerusalem, before departing for the Vatican.
