On Monday morning, in the depths of the Knesset chamber, coalition whip Miki Zohar (Likud) stepped over to opposition leader Yair Lapid (Yesh Atid). “C’mon Yair, let’s form a government, you first in the rotation, Bibi second,” he urged, referring to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu by his nickname.
