Palestinians have smuggled drones and camera equipment into Gaza by hiding them inside of washing machines and television sets, the Shin Bet says.

The equipment , destined for Hamas, was relayed via the Kerem Shalom crossing. Some of the smugglers were aware that the cameras were destined for Hamas.

In September, the Shin Bet said it had exposed a smuggling ring of Israeli Arabs sneaking SUVs into Gaza for Hamas. In July two Palestinians from Gaza were arrested for smuggling in money for Hamas
