Johansson, 29, and the French journalist got engaged six months ago, but she told "Good Morning America" in January that their wedding was "far off."
"I'm not doing any wedding planning," she said, while promoting her Super Bowl commercial for the Israeli soda machine firm on the show. "That's far off my mind right now."
According to reports on entertainment sites, Johansson is about five months pregnant.
Late last year she said she would like to "have my own family, that would be nice."
"They say it's never the right time and I am sure that's true, but I think you have to plan it like anything else," she told the Daily Mail in December 2013.
"At some point it is something I look forward to," she said.
"I am fortunate in that I have had a long career—20 years—that has been very diverse. So, you know, picking a time to plan a family feels like something that I could do and not feel as though I was missing out.
The Jewish actress was embroiled in controversy earlier this year after signing on to be the spokeswoman for SodaStream.
The deal prompted her to part ways with the charity Oxfam and drew harsh criticism from the BDS movement, which advocates boycotting Israeli settlement goods. SodaStream maintains a plant in the West Bank settlement of Ma'aleh Adumim, which employs Israelis and Palestinians.
