Saint West, who is a quarter Armenian, was born earlier this month to the celebrity couple. The announcement of the baptism, scheduled for the spring, was first reported last week in the London-based Daily Mail, citing an unnamed source.
“She will focus on spending time with Saint and not take on work commitments for the first three months,” the source said.
The celebrities and their entourage had originally planned to stay at the new Waldorf Astoria Hotel in Jerusalem, but reportedly switched to another hotel after their plans were leaked to the public.
An Israeli security firm that specializes in protecting VIPs reportedly was hired for the visit.
