American alt-rock band the Afghan Whigs have announced they plan to wrap up their forthcoming European tour with a show in Tel Aviv.
The tour in support of their latest album, "Do to the Beast," kicks off February 2, 2015, in Dublin, Ireland and ends at Tel Aviv's Barby club on February 24. They previously played Tel Aviv in 2012.
Hailing from Cincinnati, Ohio, the Afghan Whigs broke up in 1998 and reunited in 2012. "Do to the Beast" is their first album in 16 years – which, surprisingly, was inspired by the band's performance at South by Southwest with R&B artist Usher.
