U.S. rapper Wiz Khalifa will perform at Rishon Letzion Park on June 25, accompanied by a live band. Khalifa is one of the most successful rappers of the past decade and has been nominated for ten Grammy Awards.

He released his first mixtape in 2005, and released his debut studio album, "Show and Prove," a year later. Khalifa has since released five additional albums, including the February 2016 release "Khalifa." Among his most successful songs include "Black and Yellow," "Young, Wild and Free" featuring Snoop Dogg and Bruno Mars, and "See You Again," off the "Furious 7" soundtrack.

Khalifa is one of the more enthusiastic voices in the music scene concerning the legalization of marijuana, along with Willie Nelson and Snoop Dogg. He has stated in past interviews that he smokes throughout the day and used to spend $10,000 a month on marijuana. In 2014, the medical marijuana dispenser "The Cookie Factory" sponsored Khalifa, distributing a brand of marijuana named after him called "Khalifa Kush."

The concert is being produced by the 3A Productions. Tickets will cost between 290 shekels (about $77) and 400 shekels.
