Miss Israel will be one of 85 beauty queens from around the world to compete in the Miss Universe competition in Moscow next week.

This will mark the first time that the beauty pageant, which will take place on Saturday November 9, has been held in Russia in its 62-year history.
Israel will be represented by Yityish "Titi" Ayanaw, 22, who was born in Gondar, Ethiopia, and immigrated to Israel when she was 12. In February, she became the first woman of Ethiopian origin to win the Miss Israel competition.
On Saturday, pageant contestants descended on a Moscow mall for a swimsuit show.
