The American hip hop duo Macklemore & Ryan Lewis will appear on July 18 at Live Park in Rishon Letzion in a show called “Playlist.” The pair, who won four Grammys in 2014, including Best Rap Song (“Thrift Shop”) and Best Rap Album (“The Heist,” their first album together), will appear together with LP (the stage name of singer Laura Pergolizzi), whose song “Lost on You” was one of the biggest hits of the past year on Israeli radio.

Besides "Thrift Shop," Macklemore & Lewis had another big hit on their first album - “Same Love,” in which they spoke out against the homophobia prevalent in the hip-hop world. Last year they came out with a second album, “This Unruly Mess I’ve Made,” which created less of a splash than the first one.

Also on the bill for the “Playlist” show in Live Park, produced by Shuki Weiss, Carmi Wurtman and Zappa, is Natan Goshen, who will perform songs from his upcoming fourth album, and the band Koki Levana. Dalit Rechester will be the DJ.
