Coworking space company WeWork signed a lease for office space in Amot and Gav Yam’s ToHa TLV project, under construction on Derekh Hashalom in Tel Aviv.
The 300 million shekel lease includes four floors, with an option for four additional floors. The building is scheduled for completion by the end of 2018.
Amot and Gav Yam are negotiating with additional prospective tenants. WeWork’s contract includes 13,000 square meters of the building’s 58,000 square meters of floor space.
Amot is a publicly-traded company controlled by Alony Hetz that focuses on office real estate. Gav Yam is a subsidiary of Property and Building Corp. and focuses on high-tech office parks.
