Gideon Tadmor, who has served as the point man for Yitzhak Tshuva’s natural gas holdings in the Tamar and Leviathan fields, is stepping down from his posts in the group, Tshuva’s Delek Group said Thursday.

Tadmor served as CEO of Avner and chairman of Delek Drilling, the group’s two energy units. He will be replaced at Avner by Yossi Abu, who is CEO of Delek Drilling, and at Delek Drilling by Delek Group CEO Asaf Bartfeld.

Tadmor will be pursuing private business interests via Navitas Petroleum, an oil and gas exploration company. In October, Delek transferred its 50% stake in the company to a group led by Tadmor.
