German Airlines Adding More Low-cost Flights to Israel
Air Berlin to add flights to Berlin and Dusseldorf; Lufthansa's Germanwings to start flying to Ben-Gurion Airport from Sunday.

German airlines are adding low-cost flights to and from Israel.

Air Berlin will be adding flights to its lines between Ben-Gurion International Airport and Berlin and Dusseldorf, while Lufthansa’s low-cost subsidiary Germanwings will start running flights between Ben-Gurion and Berlin.
Germanwings will start flying to Ben-Gurion as of Sunday, and will offer flights on Sundays and Thursdays. This comes after four other airlines announced within the past week that they’ll be adding flights to and from Ben-Gurion.
