What could AT&T, "Downton Abbey" and "Archer" possibly have in common?
- Kerry headed to Jordan to discuss Jerusalem tensions, ISIS
- Hamas among richest terror groups worldwide – second only to ISIS
- From U.S. jail to Kurdish frontlines: Who's the Israeli-Canadian fighting ISIS?
You might be surprised to learn that all three used the name ISIS in one way or another - and were forced to get rid of it because of associations the name has with the Islamic State.
Both on TV and in real life, the name ISIS is causing people to think twice. "Downton Abbey" had to write out of the script the unfortunate Labrador named ISIS American spy comedy "Archer" was forced to write ISIS (International Secret Intelligent Service) out of the show.
Meanwhile AT&T had to change name of the mobile payment technology "ISIS wallet."
