Three Israelis hurt, 3 assailants killed in day of violence in West Bank

Three Israelis were wounded in two different attacks in the West Bank on Thursday. In another incident, a stabbing attack was thwarted in the Hebron area. All three Palestinian assailants were shot dead.

Palestinians say 21-year-old killed in Qalandiyah clashes

Clashes broke out between soldiers and Palestinians while the Duvdevan unit was carrying out an undercover operation in the Qalandiyah refugee camp near Jerusalem on Thursday afternoon. According to the IDF, Palestinians hurled rocks, firebombs, and a solar water heater at the soldiers, and also fired arms, as the force was retreating from the area.

The IDF added that two armed Palestinians were wounded, and that two soldiers were lightly wounded by the rock throwing.

Meanwhile, the Palestinians reported that Bilal Omar Zaid, 21, died in the clashes. Ahmad Bitawi, the director of Ramallah Hospital, said he was hit in the head by live fire

Palestinian Health Ministry releases names of two dead attackers

The Palestinian Health Ministry said the assailant killed after stabbing two security guards in Ariel was Mouhamed Zaharn, 23, from the village of Adick in the West Bank.

The Palestinian man killed after trying to stab soldier outside Hebron was identified as Iyad Jamal Issa Adyisat, from the Yatta.

Stabbing victims in Ariel industrial park attack hospitalized

The two people wounded in the stabbing attack near Ariel are a man and a woman, both 24, with multiple stabbing wounds in their upper body.

The victims were evacuated to Beilinson Hospital, Rabin Medical Center, Petah Tikva.

An Israeli soldier suffers light wounds in a car-ramming attack in the West Bank.

A Palestinian driver crashed his car into a group of soldiers standing at the entrance to IDF's Rama Base, near the settlement of Geva Binyamin, north of Jerusalem.

The driver has been shot.

Stabbing attack thwarted outside Hebron

A Palestinian man armed with a screwdriver attempted to stab soldiers at a checkpoint outside Hebron, on Route 60.

The Israeli armed forces shot and killed him. No injuries reported.

Palestinian stabs two in West Bank industrial park

Two security guards were stabbed in an attack at an industrial park near the settlement of Ariel, in the West Bank. The attacker was killed.

The two victims, both security guards, were stabbed in the upper body. One of them suffered severe wounds and the other was moderately injured, Magen David Adom said.
