U.S. President Donald Trump told Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu during a joint press conference on Wednesday that he must show flexibility to prove he wants peace with the Palestinians. Trump said that he can live with either a two-state or one-state solution, adding that it's up to both the Israelis and the Palestinians.
When asked about the recent uptick in anti-Semitism, Trump sidestepped the question before Netanyahu claimed the Jewish State has no better friend than Donald Trump. Netanyahu is then scheduled to meet with the Senate majority and minority leaders Mitch McConnell and Chuck Schumer, as well as with House Speaker Paul Ryan.
