Man Stabbed to Death Outside Home in Northern Israel

A 24-year-old suspect has been arrested by police, and according to sources the two were friends who were drinking at the victim's apartment

A man in his 40s was found dead outside his apartment in the northern Israeli city of Kiryat Ata on Friday with signs of stab wounds.

Emergency services declared him dead at the scene. Police announced they have arrested a suspect, a 24-year-old man, shortly after the murder.

According to police sources, an initial investigation revealed that the suspect and victim are friends that were drinking at the victim's apartment when the fatal stabbing occurred.
