Man Shot Dead in Arab Israeli City, Suspects at Large
This is the third violence victim in Israel's Arab community this week and the 36th since the beginning of the year

An Israeli-Arab man in his 50s was shot to death in the northern city of Baka al-Garbiyeh on Tuesday, raising the death toll of violence victims in the Arab community to 36 since the beginning of 2022.
The suspects fled the scene and police have opened an investigation into the incident.
Paramedics found the man lying unconscious on the street in critical condition. He was taken to the Hillel Yaffeh Medical Center in Hadera, and pronounced dead shortly after.

This is the third murder case in Israel's Arab community this week.
On Sunday, 51-year-old Samar Kalasani was stabbed to death by her husband, before he attempted to commit suicide. Earlier that day, 27-year-old Tawfiq Aru from the Arab village of Jatt was shot and killed in his village. Police said Sunday they were conducting searches after the suspects.
