Prime Minister Naftali Bennett has not been able to reach a meeting of the minds with a number of his coalition partners. Some of them don’t share his sense of emergency in the face of the darkening clouds of the omicron variant. Most notably, there is Health Minister Nitzan Horowitz (Meretz), who is systematically thwarting his suggestions to close the skies and impose other restrictions.
