Over the past month, dozens of acts of violence against Palestinians and vandalism of their property have been reported. Much of the violence has been associated with protests by Israelis over the death last month in a police chase of Ahuvia Sandak, a teenager whom police suspected was part of a group throwing stones at Palestinian motorists.
