Poll: 74 Percent of Israelis Dissatisfied With Netanyahu's Performance in Gaza Crisis
If elections were held today, according to the Israel Television News Company's poll, Netanyahu's party would get 29 seats, the first time the party has polled below 30 since March

Seventy-four percent of the public is dissatisfied with the Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's performance in the most recent confrontation with Hamas in Gaza, according to the Israel Television News Company poll released Wednesday night.
In the poll, which was conducted by Mano Geva and Dr. Mina Tzemach from the Midgam research institute in conjunction with iPanel, 69 percent of respondents expressed dissatisfaction with Defense Minister Avigdor Lieberman’s performance. A bit more than half, 51 percent, were dissatisfied with the military Chief of Staff Gadi Eisenkot.

Those surveyed were also asked which party they would vote for if elections were held now. The results gave Likud 29 seats, down from the 32 the party got in the News Company poll taken last month, and the first time the party has polled below 30 since March. Yesh Atid got 18 seats, the Joint List – 12, Zionist Union and Habayit Hayehudi scored 11 seats each, Kulanu came in at eight, United Torah Judaism and Yisrael Beiteinu received seven each, while Shas and Meretz got six seats each and Orli Levi-Abekasis’ party, five.
When asked how they would vote if Benny Gantz led a slate, Likud dropped to 24 seats, while Gantz’s list would take 15 seats, Yesh Atid 13, and Zionist Union, eight.

The poll was taken among 500 people representing all of Israel’s population, and had a margin of error of 4.4 percent.
