Two people were lightly injured Wednesday night after an unidentified shooter opened fire on a bus in the West Bank.
The two injured were the driver of the bus and a passenger. They were evacuated to Hadassah Medical Center to receive medical care.
The shooter, who is still at large, opened fire on the bus as it was travelling on route 466, near the settlement of Beit El in the West Bank, hitting the windshield.
A Magen David Adom paramedic, Shalom Galil, who attended to victims at the scene said: "When I arrived at the scene, I saw the bus with the windshield shattered and passengers standing outside. A man of about 35, who was sitting in the front seat, and the bus driver, a man of about 30, were fully conscious and had very minor injuries resulting from flying shards of glass."
