Jerusalem Police cleared the release of a video depicting the terror attack at French Hill two weeks ago, in which Shalom Yohai Sherki was killed and Shira Klein was seriously wounded.

The video depicts the terrorists driving into the two as they were standing at a bus stop on a major artery in Jerusalem.

Khaled Kutina, 37, was charged with murder and attempted murder on Monday for deliberately driving into Sherki, 26, and Klein, 20. Kutina is originally from the East Jerusalem neighborhood of Sheikh Jarrah and has lived for the past year in the West Bank village of Anata. According to the charge sheet, he carried out the April 15 attack after being detained for 90 minutes with his parents at the Shoafat checkpoint.

"After the accused's parents left the car and went home, the accused began thinking about carrying out an act of murderous vengeance against Jews," according to the indictment. "The accused stopped his car on the side of the road and wavered whether he would carry out the attack or not. The accused wavered because he understood that if he would carry out the attack, it would ruin his life."
