The song "Golden Boy," composed by Doron Medalie, will represent Israel at the 2015 Eurovision song festival in Vienna, Austria, at the end of May.

The song will be performed by 16-year-old Nadav Guedj, who won the Rising Star TV talent show two weeks ago. Guedj is likely to be the youngest contestant in this year's festival.

Medalie describes "Golden Boy" as a medley of pop and Mediterranean music – "a combination of modern pop with R&B and a Mediterranean tempo that is identified with Israel."

It tells a simple story about a broken hearted boy who decides that the best cure for his pain is to go out, celebrate life and invite people to enjoy it with him.

The music video was shot in various locations around Tel Aviv, the city that never sleeps. It features Nadav on the roof of the municipal building, in Rabin Square and at an urban rave with 60,000 dancing participants.
