This week we meet with the Willy Wonkas of Israeli frozen desserts- fig & wine popsicles, wasabi sorbet and hummus ice cream. We talk to the visionaries busy pushing the boundaries of chilled desserts. We also take a stroll down 1940's Allenby to the legendary Whitman ice cream parlor, where the young Yitzhak Rabin courted his bride-to-be.
