Rose Kemps flew to Tel Aviv from Los Angeles on Saturday after carefully filling out what she thought was all of the necessary paperwork. Her rabbi’s secretary helped the 70-year-old type her vaccination dates into a page on the Israeli Health Ministry website – and that was all the proof she needed to enter Israel.
