No drama, to use a television cliché, occurred in the Knesset on Wednesday; not even melodrama. Everything was predictable, boring and very bitter.
The winner of the vote didn’t celebrate his victory, and may even have been upset. The loser restrained himself from showing his satisfaction that his rival had fallen into the trap he laid for him.
