The leader of a Haredi sect, Rabbi Eliezer Berland, has implicated himself in the murder and disappearance of two men about 30 years ago, the judge of Jerusalem Magistrate's Court said on Tuesday.

The court also extended the 84-year-old rabbi's detention by nine days, amid fears that he would disrupt the probe.
