On Sunday afternoon, four weeks after it last convened, Israel’s coronavirus cabinet finally held another meeting. Nothing dramatic was decided and before it was even over, one of its key members, Health Minister Nitzan Horowitz, left early for a meeting in Ramallah with Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas, along with his Meretz colleagues.
