The talks between Iran and the powers in Vienna concerning the return of the United States to the nuclear agreement are encountering increasing difficulties for now at least. Col. (Res.) Udi Evental of the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya wrote on Thursday that what is happening in Vienna is giving him an acute feeling of “déjà vu of the days prior to the original agreement” signed in 2015.
