A recent, out-of-the-ordinary ruling by a Haredi rabbinical court holds that two brothers, who are yeshiva heads, sexually assaulted students for years. A number of graduates of the Sephardic yeshiva Be’er Yehuda in Jerusalem told about attacks by rabbis Yitzhak and Moshe Tufik.

The private rabbinical court has evidence that supports the claims of the former students, including letters and recordings, a source familiar with the case told Haaretz.
