With the cessation of the who-knows-what-number round of fighting with Gaza, retired public diplomacy experts are once again emerging to analyze Israel’s performance in the “consciousness” realm. Like the fighting in Gaza, it is an almost seasonal ceremony, in which a host of “formers” and pseudo-governmental organizations call to establish national information centers (to provide them with jobs) and other original suggestions.
