For many long minutes, Zeev Elkin, the minster responsible for liaising between the government and Knesset, stood on the Knesset podium tearing Benjamin Netanyahu to shreds. This was the first no-confidence motion presented by the fresh opposition, a week after the new government was sworn in. As Elkin was settling scores with Netanyahu for what Elkin’s family was going through day and night at the hands of Balfour Street’s thugs, senior Likud members sat there in silence.
