Should the United States be responsible for destroying the militant group Islamic State?

In an interview with Aimee Amiga for, Dr. Harold Rhode, a former Islamic world adviser to the Secretary of Defense office at the Pentagon, explains why the United States doesn’t need a coalition of allies to eradicate Islamic State.
