Palestinian Woman Shot During Attempted Stabbing of Soldier in West Bank, Israeli Army Says
The assailant reportedly tried to stab a soldier at the Yitzhar junction in the West Bank and was shot in response; her condition remains unknown

A Palestinian woman attempted to stab a soldier near the Yitzhar junction and was shot by security forces, the IDF announced on Tuesday night, saying that they had "thwarted an attempted terrorist attack."
According to initial details, soldiers approached the suspect at the West Bank junction because she appeared suspicious to them. When they approached her, she pulled out a knife. In response, the soldiers proceeded to fire at her lower body.

The suspect was evacuated to Rabin Medical Center and her condition has not been verified.
