Palestinian Shot Dead After Hurling Firebombs at Israeli Car in the West Bank
Tensions between Israeli forces and Palestinians have been on the rise following a wave of terror attacks in Israel and subsequent raids in the West Bank

The Israeli army shot and killed a Palestinian man who was throwing firebombs at an Israeli vehicle near the West Bank town of al-Khader on Sunday, according to the Palestinian health ministry.
The Palestinian was identified as Mohammad Ali Ghneim, a resident of Hebron.
The soldiers had been carrying out an operation nearby when they identified an individual throwing firebombs at a vehicle, according to the military report.
Also on Monday, a Palestinian who was shot by Israeli forces in Jenin died from his wounds. The man was wounded on Sunday during a raid intended to arrest the two brothers of the terrorist who carried out the attack in Tel Aviv on Thursday. According to the Israeli army, the man, Muhammad Zkaarni, was shot and wounded after opening fire on the soldiers.
A Palestinian woman was shot dead on Sunday in Hebron, after stabbing a Border Police officer, according to Israeli authorities. The officer was lightly wounded in the attack.

This follows the fatal shooting of another Palestinian woman on Sunday in Husan, near Bethlehem, who Israeli forces said approached them in a "suspicious manner" before being fired at.
Tensions between Palestinians and Israeli forces in the West Bank have been on the rise following a series of Palestinian terror attacks that have taken the lives of 14 Israelis in the last three weeks.
