Israeli Lightly Wounded in Suspected Stabbing in Central Israel, Police Arrest 14-year-old Palestinian

Israel Police says a 14-year-old Palestinian suspect was apprehended

A 22-year-old Israeli woman was stabbed in a bus station near the city of Modi'in.

The woman sustained light wounds in her upper body and was evacuated to Sheba Medical Center at Tel Hashomer after paramedics arrived to the scene. 

Israel Police said they arrested a 14-year-old Palestinian from the West Bank who is suspected of being involved in the incident.

Border Police said the Palestinian was arrested by officers on their way to a training base. They spotted the youth attempting to flee, fired into the air and apprehended him.
