Forget the hype. When Vera Prime Real Estate calls itself “a full VIP real estate service company,” that is exactly what it is. It specializes in the upmarket locations of north Tel Aviv, Kfar Shmaryahu, Rishpon and Herzlia Pituach, particularly those close to the beach. Based in central Herzlia Pituach, the agency’s recent sales include a brand new, 107-square meter apartment next to the beach, its 24 meters of terrace overlooking the sea, which sold for NIS 6,800,000; a NIS 22.5 million quarter-acre property on Galei Tchelet Street; and a large four-year-old house which closed at NIS 15,500,000. Its rentals are equally high-end: a beautiful house on a half-acre of land rented for a monthly NIS 96,000 and one on HaEshel Street for NIS 25,000.
This is the “VIP real estate” part of the company’s tag. The “full service” part is walking hand in hand with clients to assist with all aspects of the deal, from municipal inspections and approvals to helping resolve illegal building issues, which are rampant in Herzlia Pituach houses.
“We provide a discreet and fully transparent service which runs from the very beginning of our relationship with our clients to the day they get the key — and after that, too, if necessary,” says Vera Zinder, who created and owns Vera Prime Real Estate. “It includes guiding our clients in their dealings with architects, building contractors and lawyers, through the bureaucracy of property purchase (Land Registration, city rates and more) to settling in (handymen and movers) — extras which are particularly appreciated by the many who come from overseas.
Milton Maltese, a Brazilian client whom Vera Prime helped buy a home in Israel 10 years ago, is clearly among them. “I walked into my office last week to find two bottles of wine from him on my desk,” says Vera. “His note read: ‘The wine is to thank you again. I will always remember you. Few people in my life have helped me so very much.’”
Art Dealer Jelena Vaskevitch is another happy client. “I thoroughly recommend Vera Prime for outstanding service,” she says. “My family was under pressure to find the right house at short notice. Vera and her very efficient team worked hard and managed to meet our requirements very quickly [….] making our relocation smooth and efficient. They are top professionals with an incredible work ethic… Vera also dedicated a lot of time to helping draw up a contract that made both parties happy. My husband and I are very grateful, very impressed with the agency and recommend them far and wide!”
Vera Prime Real Estate was a natural progression for Zinder. She was born in France, grew up in Israel and launched her career in Miami, Florida, in the late 1980s as an agent for one of North America’s leading real estate developers, Crescent Height, Inc. Returning to Israel almost three decades ago, she opened her own boutique agency in Herzlia Pituach in 1998. Her knowledge, discretion, experience and dedication quickly won it a reputation for putting clients first, providing the knowledge and market intelligence to negotiate the best in both sales and rentals, finding solutions that exceed expectations and, invariably, for extraordinary results. Its level of service provided has earned Vera Prime top industry honors, loyal returning clients, the esteem and trust of colleagues and made the agency a respected, well-known and important feature of central Israel’s high-end real estate market.
“Vera Prime’s long years of experience are crucial,” says Vera’s son Roy, the agency’s office manager for the past 13 years. “We have the integrity, knowhow and skills to successfully negotiate the different hurdles presented by every transaction — whether finding luxury high-end properties for sale or rent, or managing properties for overseas owners.”
With four multi-lingual agents at Vera Prime’s Herzlia Pituach office (Vera herself is fluent in English, French and Hebrew) and a fifth in the UK, the agency has continued marketing prestigious and luxurious real estate in Israel throughout the pandemic. And now, with the world opening up again, business is getting even brisker.
From the perspective of Vera Prime Real Estate, Israel’s luxury real estate market has survived COVID-19, and is gearing up for a summer of sunshine and wellbeing.
