Hunks and Hummus: Instagram Drools Over Israeli Men Eating Chickpeas

An Instagram account featuring attractive Israeli men eating hummus has amassed thousands of followers in two and a half months.

The account, "Hot Dudes and Hummus," was launched in March with a photo of a young man holding a cracker dipped in the chickpea spread. Since then, it has posted more than 40 photos of young men – many of them topless – digging into the dip.

With captions like "Too much yum for one picture," the account has attracted almost 4,000 followers so far.

The account, which the Daily Mail reports was set up by university students, takes pride in presenting the "yummiest" Israel has to offer. Whether that refers to the hunks or the hummus is anyone's guess.
