An Air Sinai passenger plane was damaged on March 20 when it hit a jetway after landing at Ben-Gurion International Airport, according to a report of the incident obtained by Haaretz.

The accident was investigated by the Transportation Ministry’s chief investigator, attorney Itzhak Raz. He determined that it was caused by a problem with the design and the operation of the jetway, and noted that corrective measures have been taken.
