One involved a group of the team's fans outside a pub in Paris, in a heavily Jewish neighborhood.
Journalists at the newspaper Metro filmed them chanting things including "he's only a poor little yido" and then hissing to mimic the Holocaust gas chambers, the London Evening Standard reported.
The film was shot before Chelsea and PSG faced off in a European Champions League game, the Standard reported.
The Standard added that anti-Semitic expression is a crime in France.
Meantime, on Tuesday a group of Chelsea fans shoved a black man off a Paris subway train and yelling "we're racist and that's the way we like it," the Daily Mail and other media outlets reported.
The police in Britain and France, as well as Scotland Yard, are reviewing the incident with an eye toward filing charges, the Daily Mail reported.
Chelsea condemned the incident and called on witnesses to come forward, vowing to ban the fans involved, according to BBC News.
