French authorities believe the woman in a the latest video from the Islamic State in French may be Hayat Boumeddiene, the wife of the Amedy Coulibaly, the terrorist who killed four hostages last month in a Kosher supermarket in Paris, CNN reported on Thursday. Authorities suspect that Boumeddiene fled France and entered Syria via Turkey, and she has joined up with the Islamic State, also known as ISIS and ISIL.

French police want to question Boumeddiene, 26, who they think has information about the attack on the Kosher supermarket, as well as possibly having information - or other involvement - on that attack and the attack on the Charlie Hebdo satiric magazine in Paris on January 7, in which 12 people were killed.

Coulibaly also shot and killed a policewoman before taking over the supermarket. He was killed by the police during the attempt to rescue the hostages.

The video, released by French-speaking ISIS fighters, includes a masked woman in camouflage uniform and holding a Kalashnikov assault weapon. It is titled "Blow Up France 2" and was released by ISIS on Tuesday. The video calls for more attacks against police and soldiers in France, and praises the attacks in Paris. Even though only her eyes can be seen, French authorities think that it is likely Boumeddiene.

"If you fight for democracy, we will fight for Islam," the ISIS fighters say. "You will have to accept that we will react fully to the numerous crimes you committed. You took our rights. Therefore you can't expect to be in peace."

Boumeddiene was born in France, and in recent years became more and more religious, trading in her bikinis for a niqab.
