Kol hakavod to Alon Tal for this important, eloquent article. I hope it awakens people to the great threat s that Israel and, indeed, the entire world faces form climate change. The many recent reports of severe heat waves, droughts, wildfires, storms, and floods should increase awareness that he world is rapidly approaching a climate crisis and that averting it should be a major priority for everyone today.
