Iran would need to respond with just two hits: Tel-Aviv and Haifa (they would "spare" Jerusalem, obviously), and two thirds of the population of Israel will be wiped out. Both the Israeli military and the Israele intelligence community are against attacking Iran, but this warmonger would probably go for it or he's just saying that to get the Jewish vote. Little does he know that the suffering to Israel would be unbearable.
