ISTANBUL - At The House Cafe on Tesvikiye Street in the fashionable Istanbul quarter of Nisantasi this week, dozens of young yuppie men and women wearing casual-elegant Western garb, smarter and more up-to-date than ours, sat around and gabbed. Next to the coffee shop were parked several red Porsches, Mercedes and BMWs.
