Civilians who allow Hezbollah to set stores of ammunition of anything else in their residences should be considered a fair target. Instead of thinking how not to harm civilians Israeli army should concentrate on how to win war even it involves killing civilians along the way. it is war not a game. if Lebanon doe snot want it, let them stop playing such games and behave like a weak business minded country it is.
