Here Haaretz exposes for the first time the legal battles, mysterious methods of operation and the close ties with the settlement establishment of...

12 0 0Jew buying' Palestinian land is illegal
- By lydia
- 09 Jun 2012
- 10:50AM
If you sold land, you don't own, anywhere except in Israel. you would be arrested, charged and imprisoned.. There is no land for Jews to buy in Palestine outside Israel sovereign borders. Why should est Euro squatters be allowed to acquire Palestinian land. when Palestinians are denied their inalienable ROR and instead left languishing in refugee camps..

- By lydia
- 09 Jun 2012
- 10:24AM
Since it is illegal to sell Palestinian land outside Israel borders to Jews a crime punishable by death the exercise was courting disaster from the start..Fraud was evident as the.nose on you face. Israel knew the land was Palestinian and they could never hope to retain it but the developers had bribes to pay and the Kesnett had grafts to collect and if the worse comes to the worse they can always bill the US for their losses when they had to leave. However the scam was far too blatantly obvious..

- By Reuben of NYC

becoming Palestinians, they are buying it with the delusion that they are "Reclaiming" land for a greater Israel. The Jews have been tricking the arabs for over a century. Buying land and not telling them it would be resold back to them or , having middle men purchasing the land to trick them into selling.

In Canada it was going on until WWI. The Jews started Zionist settlements at the end of XIX Century. Around the time that Cnative.anadian White British and French settlers were exterminating the Indians. Now the "liberal and democratic N. Like the other settlers who force the Palestinians out of their own land, this "man," if he can even be called that, is a terrorist. And, like the other settlers, he's most likely from Russia or New York. There is absolutely nothing whatsoever that is admirable with the terrorist settler enterprise, despite the squawking from the Israel apologists, especially the treasonous AIPAC/Congress.

The issue here is not whether jews can live in the West Bank or not. The settlers declared and public policy is to dwell in the West Bank for the purpose of not coexisting with the Palestinians but to drive them out. Listen to their rhetoric. They publicly declare that the Arabs should go to Jordan or whatever. So why should not the Palestinians oppose such jewsih existence in the West Bank , their last hope to create an undependent state on less than one quarter of historical Palestine....
