Gaash golfers find more challenging course at monthly tourney

Anthony Harris had the best gross score among a field of 40 golfers this week at the September Monthly Medal at the Gaash Golf Club. Harris finished the course in 75 strokes.
The course got an upgrade ahead of the tournament. Tal Bildman, the course superintendent, and his staff completed the newly designed fourth green, making the course more challenging.
Assaf Lengy won the A division with a net 70 followed by Raphy Harroche on 73. In the B division Dani Levin and Lawrence Goodman both had net 72 strokes with Dani taking first place on the count back. Meyer Iny won the C division with a net 74. Roz Brodie took second place with a net score of 76.
Nearest to the pin prizes went to Lionel Philips and Mike Ossip.
